LCA – How would you describe your company’s workplace culture?

LOURDES: We want to give our models the opportunity to be themselves and feel confident.

 

LCA – What is your mission and purpose as a company?

LOURDES: Our mission for Lourdes Studio, is to be a different kind of studio than the ones available these days. We guide our models step by step, share our experiences with each of them and adapt their activities according to their personalities.

 

LCA – Does your business give back to the community?

LOURDES: I like to believe our models already do that through their results, appearance, and implication. Showing everyone in our community that even though the times are perhaps harder for a model than in the previous years and the number of working models grows daily, it is still possible to be good at your job with implication and passion.

 

LCA – What are your company`s aspirations for inclusion and diversity?

LOURDES: We are flexible and willing to try new strategies. A relevant example is the fact that we agreed to work with Freemium sites (despite initial reservations), and found that the models enjoy it. With adequate training, they can have plenty of advantages.

 

LCA – What is the single most important thing in your organization?

LOURDES: Respect for all team members and understanding the needs and values of each and every one of them.

 

LCA – Where do your organization’s best ideas come from?

LOURDES: The thing that always differentiated us on the market – our source for new ideas – is the daily experience that our models get to live. Also, our relationship with them is very close to the point that they feel comfortable sharing with us what changes they would like us to make in the way we work.

 

LCA – What are today and tomorrow’s challenges?

LOURDES: One of my main concerns was always the way in which we can differentiate ourselves on the market from other studios. Also, the added value we can offer our members to keep them happy, satisfied and engaged. Satisfied members = returning customers = goal achieved!

 

LCA – What are your company`s current goals?

LOURDES: Every day, since the first day we opened the doors to the Lourdes Studio, we set out to support our models every step of the way in order for them to reach the desired level of earning. We made this possible both through my experience as a successful international model and through the experience of our trainers.

 

LCA – Who do you look up to for inspiration or mentorship?

LOURDES: Often, our members, are our source of inspiration. We have an honest relationship with them, we are friends and so they feel free to share new ideas with us, to tell us what changes they would like to see or experience in the relationship with our models.

 

LCA – How do you keep your team motivated despite obstacles?

LOURDES: Here, at Lourdes Studio, we are more than a team of people working together. We are friends who encourage and support each other. This is the secret to success for each and every one of us!
