MISSION, VALUES, PURPOSE

Expansion of the Live Cam Industry over the past few years is evident to anyone who even barely set foot in the adult business. We are all witnessing it – as cam models are becoming more and more popular, live cam sites compete fiercely to bring the best services to their customers and their models, webcam affiliate programs are challenging each other to offer webmasters better tools and higher revenues in order to keep their business growing, payment processors are striving to offer new, fast and reliable ways to pay and be paid, the number of gatherings and events grows substantially within the last couple of years. As a response to the need of improving business relations between individuals and live cam companies, as well as a need for recognition of those outstanding individuals and companies in the Cam Industry, Live Cam Awards were conceived and created. Without all the amazing and hardworking people that comprise the Live Cam Industry, the growth would have never been possible – Live Cams were and still are the biggest innovation in the Internet’s history, therefore we must show our appreciation for the pioneers and innovators who work in the industry. We have an obligation to finally award them the praise that they truly deserve. Some have been awarded for their hard work and talent in the last couple of years as a courtesy of various big awards shows, but the live cam industry talents have not met yet their own exclusively dedicated award show until Live Cam Awards, the very first event of its kind, who aims to finally render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s. Self handled by a Cam Model and dedicated to all Cam Models, with its first edition in March 2015, Live Cam Awards is now close to its 4th Annual Edition.

Alex launched the Live Cam Awards Show in 2015, being at that time the first awards show to exclusively honor the performers and companies who serve the now highly-competitive webcam business. She considers the awards show important to “improve the image of the live cam industry”, which has only recently come into its own.

An AVN and XBIZ-award nominee herself, as well as a three-times nominee for  Business Woman  of the Year at The YNOT Awards in 2015, 2016, and 2017 – with actually winning this title during Bucharest Summit Awards in 2017, Alex is a great supporter of giving attention where it’s due. She grew up in a happy home in Bucharest, a self-described spoiled only child that was born to perform. Immediately upon high school graduation, the headstrong 18-year old created a webcam account in an effort to become financially independent on her own terms.She is now a Fetish Cam Model for over 11 years.
