Innovation and vision are the principles that guided me over 20 years
presence in cam industry.
What are the most common mistakes that new business owners from our industry make?
Trying to have a pattern copied from others it`s the biggest mistake of newcomers in the industry, the success stays in being out of the box and making the possible impossible…from training models, promoting, to managing the business. Also not respecting the business partners, from each side, models , studios and cam sites as well…Exceptions must be only when trying to beat the best, and
positive examples should be followed all the time!
How do you plan for the future of your company?
Starting to be the “cam agent” for cam models and studios, representing them in each area, from creating content, promoting,
legal advising, coaching, training to managing the relation with the cam sites, it`s the future for me!
How do you evaluate the past ups/downs of your company?
From each mistake I learned to come back stronger, motivation and perseverance made me who I am today!
How do you stay on top of new technologies and trends of our industry?
I am developing new products, concepts and shows such as: Flirt Babes, Tips Battle, LCM Tv, LCM Network and Multi Cam Changer.
Is there any popular entrepreneurial advice that you agree/disagree with? Why?
For sure I am totally against promoting nonsense incomes, and not having a honest and true marketing campaign about cam industry, with real info`s and accurate details.
What are some hard choices you had to make to get where you are?
1st choosing between family and friends and spending 18th hrs from 24 in studio, 2nd assuming the fact that people can see me as a “pimp online” and many more.
What is your favorite workplace tradition?
With models and staff in studio or office, that is the perfect place to be, I like to be very close to people that I work with, not setting lines between me and my partners.
Do you use rewards and trophies to motivate people?
This is my main strategy, my partners ( because I consider anyone a partner, even models or staff ) must be motivated by bonuses and high incomes, it’s a “to do” thing in my opinion, even the cleaning lady has a bonus in my company…When it comes about trophies, I think that it`s the best way to motivate models, going to the stage and taking the prize it`s priceless for them!
How does your business compare to competitors in the market?
My business it`s my precious child ( already inked my right arm with LCM Logo) unmatched with others.
What changes have you made to your business strategy over the past few years?
Understanding that innovation and vision can change the game was the biggest challenge for me, also starting to trust people and teaching the people to have tasks that usually I done was a thing that helped me growing the business.
