LCA – How would you describe your company’s workplace culture?
MARI: Allure is more than just the work for us. It is one big friendly family. We do not change people, we help them to find their potential and to guide them into the right direction. We emphasize their strongest traits and develop talents. Independence, personal development and confidence in the future are the main things for us, the things we value and work on.
LCA – What is unique about your company?
MARI: Our main differences are honesty, transparency and individual treatment. We are not a studio of a certain format, we do not have any special bias as we do not work in stereotyped ways, we do not work with samples. As you can notice on our banners, we work with and promote different types of models, moreover- even the working site is being chosen in accordance with comfort and moral values of a model.
Individual treatment for us is not hollow words. We are proud of the fact that our whole staff consists of our ex or current models. Afterall, who can know the details and intricacies of the industry better and give good advice to a newcomer?
We have learnt many lessons together and we appreciate this experience.
LCA – What is our mission and purpose as a company?
MARI: The values of our company are divided in such a way that each employee would feel in the right place at the right time. Friendly and cozy atmosphere in the company makes our models feel happy, wanted and confident in the future. We sincerely believe that every woman deserves a luxurious life! That is why, despite the height, weight and parameters, we value every model who trusted us and was courageous enough to try herself in an entirely new role. And with a woman’s desire and our assistance we always achieve success. I will repeat myself-always! (smiley)
Exactly that is why our team has an English teacher, yoga coach and professional psychologists, who can help not just to solve a new problem, but to dive deeper into yourself, learn your world, gaining harmony and self-confidence.
LCA – How do you generate great ideas in your organization?
MARI: From a glass of a good wine (smiley)
Kidding…Of course from our own observations and employees’ desires.
We learn to be perceptive and sensitive, to listen to each other and we have no fear of testing something new. Our models trust us and we always reward it.
LCA – How do you keep your team motivated despite obstacles?
MARI: Any obstacle is just another challenge or kind of a quest for us.
Looking at the problem at this angle it:
a)does not seem to be so huge anymore
b) is solved faster and with no panic.
Just like the mistakes-it is only a part of learning, development, and life.
We are proud that in 9 years we have not had any obstacle our team would not have overcome.
This adds excitement, increases engagement and fills with endless self-confidence.
Also, we like to pamper our employees and models, on an ongoing basis. And sometimes even too much (smiley).
