Everything is very simple – constant improvement of the working conditions of our employees: – advanced technologies, the best interiors, the quality of support inside and outside the studio for each team member.

How do you evaluate the past ups/downs of your company?

There were cardinal changes in the approach to work. Decision making was difficult – there was a big risk. But this is growth. We took a risk and we succeeded.

How do you stay on top of new technologies and trends of our industry?

Oh, this is probably the most difficult and most exciting thing in this work! Constant round-the-clock, year-round monitoring. Not a moment of peace.

Of course, these are our corporate parties! Some traditions are so strong that even war cannot break them) At working moments, we are unpredictable.

Do you use rewards and trophies to motivate people?

How does your business compare to competitors in the market?

We let our competitors and our colleagues judge this. We just like to do what we love)
