LCA – What is our mission and purpose as a company?
SILVIA: Angels Studio mission is to establish a different, ethical, and respectful position in the Live Cam Industry. We prioritize strong connections with both our partners as our models. We respect and create new bridges every day, so our values of integrity and respect never get crossed or are required to bend.
LCA – How would you describe your company’s workplace culture?
SILVIA: Angels Studio is a life-changing experience for each model. We like our Studio to feel like a second home, giving our models the comfort, stability and support they need to succeed in this ever so challenging industry. It’s a relaxed yet professional environment. This comes with high expectations when it comes to recruiting models. We look for models that will fit in our company standards. We are more than a team. We are family and we invest enthusiasm and energy in all that we do. Our models’ results talk for themselves, and the smiles we share determine us to move forward year after year.
LCA – What are today and tomorrow’s challenges?
SILVIA: Understand and accept change and be able to adapt fast enough. The Live Cam industry changes very quickly, it has changed dramatically in the past few years, yet people usually require time to adjust and adapt. That’s the main challenge for us. Some of our models have been with us for 8 years now, they have lived and adapted to significant changes and so did us, as a studio.
LCA – What are your company`s current goals?
SILVIA: We’ve just launched our 2nd Location and have increased our capacity. Our first location is full, so we took the chance to expand. We will stick to being a studio that focuses on quality rather than quantity, just with additional space for more angels to join us.
Settled in an exclusive building, our 2nd Location combines the luxury decorations and premium working conditions. The need for a 2nd Studio was organic after 10 years of activity and it had the purpose to embrace bigger and stronger goals.
LCA – How do you keep your team motivated despite obstacles?
SILVIA: That’s a tough question! But we believe that creating a healthy work environment and providing our models with a team they can trust, with other models that they can speak with and discuss the little frustrations of the job after a shift while spiced up with some small challenges, perks and benefits – usually this combination goes a long way. We believe in a very connected team which strives for excellence and beyond all these, mutual respect and professionalism.
