LCA – What are today and tomorrow’s challenges?

LUCIE: Today’s challenges are due to our worldwide pandemic, which unfortunately have caused a lot of changes in everyone’s life and business strategies. Due to the travel restrictions, we were not able to do our planned studio visits, our Prague in-house studio trainings, workshops, and tradeshows were cancelled. Our Flirt summit event was also affected in 2020, but fortunately we were able to organize it in 2021.

Tomorrow’s challenges are already here, as the industry is changing and becoming more acceptable to mainstream, which has also brought a demand from models who have shifted over to being content creators and webcam models, which also means more traffic demands. Luckily with our partners like xvideos, xnxx, bangbros, penthouse, naked to name a few, we’ve been to fill the much needed traffic demand.

LCA – What are your company’s current goals?

LUCIE: Currently, our goals are to keep our STUDIOS and PERFORMERS happy on our network, as well as promoting a positive and motivated community. We’ve done this through contests like Flirt of the Year, which was a 3-month contest, and Flirt Summit, which as most of you already know, was an event in Cancun Mexico, where we took over a resort and brought over 230 models and studios for an exclusive 4-day event, which by the way, was a HUGE success! We are proud about the amazing growth even during the challenging COVID pandemic times and we hope that we will soon fully resume the studio visits and workshops in Romania.

LCA – How would you describe your company’s workplace culture?

LUCIE: We are a family and friendly company, with a mixture of young and experienced employees, where we like to combine our forces and ideas in order to support growth in our company and loyalty of our employees.
We give our employees a lot of space for their ideas, as we believe it supports the growth of the company and employee loyalty.

LCA – Does your business give back to our community?

LUCIE: 100%! We are not always vocal about these things, as we prefer to give back in silence, but a few years back we donated GAY.com, to an LGBT organization to help our community, and not to mention our support for PineappleSupport.org.

LCA – What is unique about your company?

LUCIE: I think what sets us apart over every other cam site, is the community that we have built over the years and the overall positivity on the site. We also provide real 24-hour support, and not just generic automated responses that are helpless. We do offer unique one-on-one training and coaching for models, personal growth plans, regular webinars and special week long training for studios.
