LCA – How would you describe your company’s workplace culture?

TATI Z.: LiveUnicorns is a very creative and collaborative company maintaining a progressive approach while having a friendly, family atmosphere from ground level to the leadership. We have a can-do attitude and feel no feat is too big to overcome. We’re excited to change society’s perspective on performers, our industry and shed a light on who they are beyond any preconceived notions. LiveUnicorns makes conscious efforts to create roles for our performers, which we call Unicorns, whether its support to become the best performers, or transition to coaches and business owners and reach each individual’s potential.

 

 

LCA – What is our mission and purpose as a company?

TATI Z.: One of the key factors for LiveUnicorns has been to truly offer a platform which is ethical, innovative, and entertaining. The impetus is to be a unique and luxurious experience with a priority on our site’s capabilities to best serve our performers and members.
Our efforts are ensured by offering mentoring, personalized communications, and ultimately trust and a safe environment on our platform. The close relationship we create with our performers and ambassadors has given us invaluable feedback to constantly improve LiveUnicorns.

LCA – Does your business give back to our community?

TATI Z.: Yes, it’s an integral part of our business model to have a close relationship with our talents that allows us to first give back to our performers. The personalized approach to communications gives us the opportunity to encourage and support them.
LiveUnicorns’ aim is to set an example by implementing an important Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) project. It’s an initiative to help performers progress into the business of adult entertainment, integrate them into other industries, and self-actualize their goals. As a sex worker, it’s difficult to change careers due to the stigmas which exist in society, and we want to help create fair opportunities and change the current attitudes and perspectives.

For us, being subscription-based works as a filter to have more refined and valuable members who request high-quality content. This allows the performers to focus more on the quality of their shows, engagement, and interaction. We have an interview process to join, so we can select the most captivating and talented performers who are able to create exclusive and high-quality content. Additionally, there’s a dedicated support team for our performers that attends to their creative needs and technical support.
Our concept is to have our performers schedule 30 minutes featured shows which are available for the subscribed members as live and recorded content. Other show formats are private one-on-ones and on-the-spot live streaming. This structure allows for an additional revenue stream for performers with their recorded content ownership. LCA – How do you generate great ideas in your organization?

TATI Z.: I think as a whole, for our company, the best ideas come from collaborative and collective efforts. Our close relationships with performers and ambassadors provide the most valuable feedback as they’re in direct contact with their audiences as well. It’s an additional important avenue in generating, navigating, and improving our ideas. In the bigger scope, it’s about being able to share ideas, process, refine and find the best course of action.
